We are always doing our best so that you get your purchase in time. After we receive your order in 24 hours it will be dispatched to you (unless we do not have a chosen item in stock. Orders made over the weekend or on public holidays will be fulfilled on the next business day.
Wherever you live, we are ready to ship Roca to you! It’s always our priority to do our best to make you receive your purchase as fast as possible. priority. We ship all orders from our warehouses located in Vilnius, Lithuania.
Delivery within Europe takes up to 7 working days.
Delivery outside of Europe takes up to 14 working days.
Customs, Taxes, and Duties
We ship products as low value gifts. We never had any cases when customers had to pay some taxes, duties or customs, but you should still keep in mind that Roca is not responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees or any other charges issued by your local government. Each country has a unique tax system so any additional charges are the full responsibility of the recipient and the funds are received exclusively by your local government. For further information, you will have to contact your local customs office. Shipping fees and taxes will not be refunded for packages that are refused due to tax and customs duties.

We will assist you in recovering an item to the best of our abilities. However, will not provide a replacement or refund in cases of change of mind. Refunds or replacements can only be issued for product manufacturing defects.
